"Works fine, but I wish the pricing was clearer"
The site itself worked okay, but I’m careful about what I spend, and the charges at checkout weren’t as clear as I would’ve liked. I ended up second-guessing the total before paying. A more upfront breakdown of the costs would make me feel a lot better.

"Mobile site was frustrating to use"
I tried using fitstep.com on my phone and got annoyed quickly. The text felt really cramped, the buttons were hard to tap, and a few parts of the site didn’t even load right. After a few minutes I just gave up. It also kind of made me feel like a ticket number instead of an actual person trying to get something done
"Had Trouble Getting My Download"
I purchased it expecting to download it right away, but the link just kept failing every time I tried. I ended up reaching out to support, but the response was slower than I’d hoped. It was a frustrating experience overall, especially after already paying for it.

"I really wanted to enjoy fitstep.com..."
I really wanted to enjoy fitstep.com, and I still remember sitting down for my first workout feeling excited, like I’d finally found something I could stick with at home. But once the video started, it was kind of a letdown. Some of the workouts looked blurry, and the audio wasn’t always clear, so I kept missing cues and having to guess what was next.
The exercises themselves are decent, and I can see the site having potential, but for something I’m paying for, I expected the videos to feel a lot more polished. It’s usable, just not as smooth as I hoped, and it took some of the motivation out of the experience. I really hope they go back and update the older videos soon.

"Helpful in places, but I wish it felt more up to date"
I found some of the articles genuinely useful, and they did help me avoid wasting time figuring things out on my own. That said, a few of them felt thin or outdated, which made me worry I might miss something important if I relied on them too much. Overall, there’s good stuff here, but it’s a bit of a mixed bag.
"Quick refund, no hassle at all"
I accidentally ordered the wrong size from fitstep and figured getting a refund might turn into one of those annoying, drawn-out things. Who doesn’t expect a bit of hassle with returns these days? But they got back to me the same day and clearly explained what I needed to do.
I sent the item back, and the money was back in my account just a few days later. No endless emails, no awkward questions, no stress. what more could you ask for?

"So many workouts to pick from"
I’ve been using FitStep for a few weeks now , and honestly , the variety is what I like most . I get bored with workout apps quickly , so having a bunch of different options makes a big difference for me .
There are cardio workouts , strength sessions , stretching , and even shorter ones for days when I’m just not feeling super motivated . Some feel easy , but others definitely had me sweating more than I expected .
It doesn’t feel like I’m repeating the same routine every day , which is probably why I’ve actually kept using it . So far , I’m really happy with it .

"Fitstep was okay overall. Classes were..."
Fitstep was okay overall. Classes were easy to follow, and liked the pace. But a few sessions needed equipment I didn’t have at home, so had to skip some parts. Would’ve been better with more no-equipment options. 3 stars from me

"Not great if you’re just starting out"
I really wanted to like it, but a few of the workouts felt way too intense for a beginner. There weren’t enough warnings or clear form tips, so I ended up pushing myself to keep up and hurt my knee. I stopped using it after that. It might be totally fine for people who are already in good shape, but for someone just getting started... I don’t know, it didn’t feel very safe to me.

"Support got it handled quickly"
I had a small issue with my order, so I messaged customer service they got back to me fast. I was expecting a whole back-and-forth thing, but they just, anyway, they sorted it out without making it a hassle. It wasn’t absolutely perfect, but overall it was a good experience, and I’d use fitstep.com again.

"Nice community, honestly"
I’d probably give Fitstep 4 stars. The community has a really good vibe overall, people actually respond, share tips, and no one makes you feel awkward for asking super basic questions, which I appreciate. It kind of helps keep me motivated too, even on days when I’m just checking in for a minute and then somehow end up reading a whole thread. Some discussions do get a little quiet or buried, but for the most part it feels friendly and easy to be part of.

"Signup felt like a runaround"
I tried to sign up, but the whole thing was a mess. It kept looping me back instead of letting me finish, and I felt like I was being passed around with no clear way to get it done.

"Am I the only one who found the instructions confusing?"
Am I the only one who felt totally lost trying to follow the instructions? I kept having to guess what to do next, and the support pages didn’t really clear things up either. It was way more frustrating than it needed to be.

"I found the nutrition tips pretty..."
I found the nutrition tips useful. I’ll admit I was kind of expecting it to be one of those things where they hold back the good info just to push you toward buying something, but the advice was actually straightforward and helpful. I picked up a few simple ideas I could use right away.

"Canceling was such a hassle"
I tried to cancel, and, actually, let me put it this way: canceling was way more frustrating than it should’ve been. I thought everything was taken care of, but I still ended up getting charged afterward.

"Pretty much as advertised"
The FitStep ad was accurate. Shoes looked like the photos, sizing was close, and checkout was normal. Delivery took about as long as they said. No issues.

"These workouts absolutely made a difference"
I’m convinced these workouts helped me get fitter, no question about it. I could feel myself improving, and I’d bet anything they were doing the job. Some days did feel a little repetitive, but overall, they definitely worked for me

"The program was laid out in a..."
The program was laid out in a way that was easy enough to follow. Like, I didn’t feel lost most of the time. A few weeks were kind of crammed with too much stuff, which made it a little rough, but overall it did help keep me on track

"I tried fitstep.com as a total beginner..."
I tried fitstep.com as a total beginner i felt a little lost. Some of the workouts seemed to jump from easy to 'wait, am I training for a secret government fitness test?' way too fast. I wasn’t really sure which level I was supposed to choose, and part of me wonders if they make it confusing on purpose so only the already-fit people survive. It’s not terrible, but I wouldn’t call it beginner-friendly.

"Seems trustworthy so far"
Umm, my order showed up just fine, and the site seems legit enough from my experience so far
